We believe your home should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable, where you can enjoy life and unwind from your -sometimes - busy schedule. We also believe your home should reflect and support your - desired - lifestyle. That's why we approach your home from a holistic and conceptual perspective. When your home is in balance, you are more in balance as well.
1. CONCEPT CREATION
The most important part of the process: concept creation. We take the time to get to know you and your wishes. We create a concept of living in your ideal home. Together with you we talk about style, living dreams, atmosphere and also about practical (family) logistics, investment restrictions and timelines.
With this information we can make the right suggestions and choices for the realization of the plan and the project. If this stage is well prepared, our experience is that the project runs more efficient.
We deliver a total home concept including moodboards and sketches, budget indications, process timelines and a plan of approach.
2. THE PROCESS
With the approved concept design we are able to start the process of selecting the most suited and preferably local (technical) architect. We will guide them to design the house as confirming the concept design and apply for building licenses.
In the meanwhile we will select 2 or 3 construction companies to make a financial budget. After reviewing the numbers and qualities of the constructor, we discuss it with you and together we choose the one that fits best. We create a project team to start realizing the home. Once the license is approved, we can start building or transforming your home.
3. RESULT
Before the end result is there, a lot of hard work needs be be done. All plans and works need to be checked, monitored and adjusted if necessary. That's why we are on site almost daily, depending on the size of the project. We are your eyes and ears.
We discuss with the architect, builders and suppliers to make sure that every detail is according to the plan. We use our local network of reliable suppliers for building materials, decoration, furniture and gardening.
We challenge the team to make the best effort possible to create a beautiful dream home within the desired timeframe.
